Meet Tara

Expert Trainer, Coach, & Mentor

Experience Matters. Certified as a Group Fitness Instructor in 2006, Tara has taught everything from Cardio Kickboxing, Barre, HIIT Classes to Pilates Reformer, bringing energy and expertise to every class. Her previous NYC studio focused on the balance between cardio and strength training, recognizing the power of both for sustainable fitness.

Since 2009, Tara has expanded her impact as a Certified Personal Trainer, working one-on-one with clients while continuing to lead dynamic group sessions. While she has trained women of all ages and backgrounds, she has specialized in coaching young models from top agencies, helping them achieve runway-ready physiques in a healthy, sustainable way. From 2013 to today, she has guided over 100 aspiring models, emphasizing balanced nutrition, a strong mindset, and effective training to meet industry demands without compromising well-being.
